AmeriLing Quality Control Process

Quality control (QC) is of vital importance to us, and one of the ways AmeriLing differentiates itself from competitors. QC starts at the recruitment stage. AmeriLing has a rigorous screening process where we assess a translator’s linguistic capabilities and areas of specialization. Many of our translators also have ATA certification as well as advanced degrees in various fields of study.

During placement, we assign projects to translators with both the linguistic capability and subject matter expertise to handle any technical or niche source text. Once translations are completed, they are reviewed for accuracy.

In the event that the client believes there are errors, we will immediately launch a QC inquiry and correct errors at no additional cost. Should the edits be substantial in nature, we consult with an independent third party to review the file and make sure the document is the best it can be before submitting it back to you.
